What your camper can expect in a day of Camp Trinity Summer Camp!


A One-Stop Shop for registering your camper for Summer Camp!


  • March 5, 2024: Deposit Due

    • Registrations after 3/5/24 require deposit at time of submission

    • Deposits may be requested prior to this date for programs with a waitlist; in order to hold your camper's spot in the program, you will need to submit the deposit by the date stated 

  • May 3, 2024: Full Amount Due

    • Registrations after 5/3/24 require full payment at time of submission

  • May 15, 2024: Waivers Due

    • Registrations after 5/15/24 require waivers at time of submission

New Registration Process:

  • Our registration form is now through Veracross

    • Families enrolled at Trinity Academy will already have an account

    • Families outside of Trinity can create an account

    • The registration link will provide both options

    • *The exception is EDO which is a separate form

  • The Benefits:​

    • You will be able to login and see all of your current registrations in one place for all registered campers

    • You won't have to resubmit your and your camper's information if you submit an additional registration at a different time

    • You can select your method of payment and store it in the system if you would prefer

Submitting Payments:

  • The registration form will allow you to select how you would like to pay:

    • Credit Card or ACH

    • Fees will be automatically calculated and vary depending on selection

  • Deposits must be paid by Check Only until March 3rd, when the form should be updated to receive a deposit payment at time of registration

    • Deposits paid by check will be credited to balances due

    • All checks should be made out to Trinity Academy

  • At time of registration, you can decide whether or not to pay

    • Registrations without payment will still be processed

    • In order to hold your camper's spot, please submit the Deposit and/or the Full Amount by the deadlines listed

    • Failure to pay amounts due in time may result in your camper being moved to the waitlist

  • To submit a payment at a later date:

    • You can either reference the confirmation email you received at time of registration or click on the registration links and login

    • The email will have a link to click to pay unpaid balances and you will also be provided a notice and link to the same page when you login

What is the Deposit?

  • A single Deposit of ​​​​$60 is required per camper (not per program)

  • This is a part of the Total Amount Due for all programs, not an additional Fee

  • If you pay all fees at time of registration or if you have paid for one camp in full and then later register for another camp and don't pay for that one, your Deposit is considered paid and you will just need to remit payment for unpaid balances by May 3rd.

    • Exception: If a camp is waitlisted and you have an unpaid balance, we may request a payment of $60 (which will be credited toward the total due) prior to March 3rd to ensure that all registered participants plan to attend​

Refund Policies:

  • January 11-March 5, 2024: All payments are refundable

  • March 6-May 3, 2024: (Amount Paid-Deposit) is refundable

  • May 4-June 28, 2024: 50% of Amount Paid is refundable

Changing Registration:

  • To request a change in registration (cancellation or adjustment), submit a request via the adjustment form on our Registration page

  • Accommodations are not guaranteed and we may not be able to accommodate requests based on available seats in programs

  • Jan 10-May 5, 2023: There are no additional fees for changing registrations

    • Differences in cost between camp enrolled in and camp requested will be considered and if approved, invoices will be charged or prorated accordingly and in accordance with refund policies​

  • June 1-30, 2023: Parents may request a change in registration until the end of the Monday of the relevant camp 

    • If approved, parents will be invoiced a $15 fee for changing camps

    • You will also be invoiced the difference between camps if switching to a more expensive camp or not be eligible for a refund of the difference if switching to a less expensive camp, as applicable

  • Forms can be submitted via email or mailed in to Trinity Academy or you can drop them off at the front office at Trinity Academy
