Frequently Asked Questions
All programs have a grade designation in their title (i.e., 1/2 means rising 1st and 2nd grade). Eligibility for each program is determined by the camper's rising grade for the 2026-27 school year. If your child is not slotted into their correct grade, please contact us as soon as possible as their registration will not be processed correctly.
Veracross can crash when overloaded with registrations. Try closing out the window and logging in again. Additionally, ensure the login you are using is correct and attached to your household.
Payment is not due upon registration. Campers are considered "fully registered" upon the submission of a 30% deposit and "enrolled" upon the submission of the full balance. Registrations will not be removed before either of the payment deadlines unless there is an issue with your camper's rising grade designation. In that case, you will be notified that your camper has been withdrawn and will be given instructions on how to re-register them.
The registration form will allow you to select to pay via Credit Card or ACH. Fees will be automatically calculated and will vary depending on the program selected.
Any registrations completed after February 28th will require a deposit at the time of submission.
Deposits are due on February 28th, 2026. Deposits are automatically calculated on the registration portal and will show up as a separate charge equivalent to 30% of your total balance. This payment MUST be completed in order for your camper(s)' registrations to be considered complete. Deposits will be credited toward the camper's final balance - when paid, the deposit charge will disappear and the balance will be reduced by 30%.
• If you choose to pay the entire balance upon registration, your deposit is considered paid.
• If a camp is waitlisted and you have unpaid balances, we reserve the right to request your deposit payment before February 28th to ensure that all registered participants plan to attend.
• Any registered campers for whom a deposit has not been submitted by February 28th will be withdrawn or moved to the waitlist.
• Any registrations completed after February 28th will require a deposit at the time of submission.

Accommodations are not guaranteed and will be based on available seats in each program.
• Oct-May 31, 2026: There are no additional fees for changing registrations. You will be refunded or charged the program cost difference in accordance with the policies above.
• June 1-27, 2025: You may request a change in registration until the end of the Monday of the relevant camp. You will be invoiced a $15 convenience fee along with any additional cost for the program. You will not be eligible for a refund if switching to a less expensive program.
Please note, not all changes are possible as spots do fill up quickly and are based on age rather than overall capacity.
Full payments are due on May 8th, 2026. Failure to pay the full balance of your registration(s) will result in your camper being withdrawn or moved to the waitlist. Any registrations completed after May 8th will require full payment at the time of submission.
• At the time of registration, you can decide whether or not to pay. Registrations without payment will still be processed but will not be considered complete.
• To submit payment at a later date you can reference the confirmation email you received at the time of registration or click on the registration link and login to view your balance.
Waitlists will open a few weeks after Registration begins. Once open, the registration form will allow participants to be put on the waitlist. If a program is full, you will be allowed to proceed with a partial registration which will show up in our system as a "confirmed selection". These won't generate any charges but it will place you in line for that program should space open up. Space may open up for a variety of factors and if a spot opens up, we will contact the next family on the waitlist to see if they would like to claim that spot. Open spots need to be claimed by the deadline stated or we will move on to the next person on the waitlist. You are welcome to inquire anytime about your status and likelihood of space to open up and we will do our best to let you know, but there are no guarantees that families on a waitlist will be able to enroll in that program.
October 2025 - February 28th, 2026: All payments are refundable
March 1 - May 7, 2026: [Amount Paid-Deposit] is refundable
May 8 - June 26, 2026: 50% of Amount Paid is refundable
Emails will be delivered periodically to all registrants with reminders of payment due dates. Emails for specific weeks of camp will be sent the Friday before the week begins.
Our waiver can be viewed on the Parent Information page at any time. Before submitting a registration you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and understood the waiver and its policies in its entirety.
If a camper will require a medication during the camp hours, they must also have a medication form on file (this includes emergency medications like inhalers or Epi-Pens). This form can be found on the Parent Information page.
We will only have one Kindergarten huddle and one 5th-6th huddle each week. For weeks 2-4, we will have two 1st-2nd grade huddles and two 3rd-4th grade huddles. For those weeks, you may submit a request for your camper to be with a friend or relative. Simply fill out the Group Request form at the bottom of the Registration page.
Group Request
For certain weeks there will be two 1st-2nd groups and two 3rd-4th groups.
Prior to sorting these campers into their groups, we are allowing parents to request their camper be placed in the same group as a friend. Requests are not guarantees that campers will be together, but we will seek to accommodate all requests that we can.
This only applies to 1st-2nd and 3rd-4th for June 8-26, 2026.
Registration will close May 9, 2026
After May 9, the form will no longer accept new submissions. We will only contact those who are already on the relevant waitlist should any space open up before the start of camp.
