Daily Schedule
Campers participate in our programming largely in their huddles, but there are times and activities throughout the week where we combine groups and get to play together. Hover over each group to learn more about their purpose and goals.
2:30-2:40pm Pick Up
Upon dismissal students will be picked up from their classrooms and be brought to the After-School Academy.
3:00-4:00pm Homework
After their snack, students settle into our silent homework time. They work independently with assistance by request from staff and counselors.
4:15-5:30pm Activity Time
Students are able to enjoy recreation time on the playground, participating in field games, doing crafts or reading. In the case of inclement weather, students can participate in indoor dancing, classroom games, and building competitions.
2:40-3:00pm Snack and Connection
Once students arrive, they are welcome to enjoy a snack and connect with friends from different classes and grades.
4:00pm-4:15pm Daily Devotion
Our program operates on Biblical principles like generosity and community and are taught through weekly devotions, books and crafts, team-style games, and more!
5:30-6:00pm Rides Out
After our structured activity time ends, we will start winding down and will prepare for rides out. This may look like playing a big game all together with staff monitoring which students are leaving while ensuring a safe transition to the allowed person(s) picking up.
