Director of Extended Programs
Chris Freeman
Chris Freeman is an organizational leader with a passion for helping people grow in their faith and equipping organizations to thrive. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles focused on youth programming, organizational development, team leadership, strategic planning, and building healthy cultures that empower people to make a lasting impact.
Chris has extensive experience in leadership development, human resources, organizational strategy, and team building. His work has shaped a deep commitment to servant leadership, intentional discipleship, and creating environments where individuals and teams can flourish.
Chris and his wife, Kaitlyn, have been married for over a decade and are raising their three sons, Ford, Collier, and Beck. Together, they are passionate about investing in the next generation and helping people encounter Jesus in meaningful ways. Whether serving in ministry, leading teams, or spending time with his family, Chris is driven by a desire to see lives transformed through the hope of the Gospel.

After-School Coordinator
Morgan Willingham
Morgan is originally from Winston-Salem, NC, and is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University, where she studied Political Science and Nonprofit Management. Since graduating, she has had the joy of working with students of all ages through nonprofits and church ministries. She has a heart for education and loves encouraging students to grow not only in their academics but also in their relationship with Christ. Outside of school, Morgan enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Pete, as well as with her family and friends. She loves being outdoors, exploring new places, and discovering good coffee shops. Some of her other favorite pastimes include reading, traveling, and serving in her community.

Extended Programs Office Manager
Marissa Hayes
Marissa manages extended programs at Trinity Academy, where she oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, and digital registration workflows for Extended Programs at Trinity Academy. She concurrently manages daily operations and logistics for four Vintage Church campuses. With a results-driven focus, she excels at building administrative systems, from conducting regular budget reviews and establishing standard procedures to facilitating seamless employee onboarding.
Her heart for community extends well beyond her professional life. At home, she and her husband, Andrew, are raising their daughter, Ronnie. Together, they love hosting and feeding people, striving to make their home a safe, welcoming haven where others can enter in and experience the Gospel. In her free time, you can often find her baking, crafting, and reading.

Extended Programs Intern
Anna Grace Thompson
Anna Grace is a Senior and has been attending Trinity Academy for 7 years. She has worked as an After School and Camp Trinity Counselor for 3 seasons and has a passion for engaging students with the Gospel. When she's not serving with Extended Programs, Anna Grace enjoys crafting, spending time with her family, and assisting the Varsity Girls' Basketball team.
