Please read below for information on getting your camper ready for Summer 2026!
Updates and additional details will be added as we approach the start of our 2026 sessions.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Drop Off

Day/Combo Pick Up
4:40-5:30pm
Drop off will be in the normal carpool lane at the front of Building 3. A staff member or volunteer will greet your camper(s) and take them to the correct area. On the first day of camp, please plan to spend a few additional minutes in our carpool line as we will be checking in each of our campers and assuring the necessary forms have been completed.

Pick-Up for all camps will occur at the back of Founders Hall. When entering the school grounds, take the gravel exit of the roundabout and drive all the way to the back of the parking lot. A staff member will greet you and bring your camper(s) out.
​
To pick up your camper(s) outside of the designated window, simply park in the main lot and call the Programs phone at 919-348-8035. A staff member will bring your camper(s) to you.

Please note that our end-of-day ceremonies run from 4:00-4:30pm. Early pick-up during this time may be delayed.

* Please note that our afternoon sports programs (Baseball, Volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, and MS Basketball) run on a different schedule. Drop off is 4:45-5:00pm and pick up is 7:00-7:15pm. Both drop off and pick up will be at the back of Founders Hall.

Sports Camp Optional Items
Please label all of your campers' items with their name. Campers are not encouraged to bring toys from home and are NOT allowed to have any personal electronics.

Some of our camp days are themed to encourage campers to exercise their creative spirit! Theme days are completely optional.

Thursdays are our weekly water games! Day and Combo campers must bring the following items in order to participate:

Bathing Suit or Extra "Wet" Clothes - Boys must wear shirts and Girls must wear one-piece bathing suits if choosing to do so

Extra Shoes - Something that can get wet and be changed out of (Crocs are acceptable for all day wear)

On Fridays we have the pleasure of Kona Ice on our very own campus! Campers must have $4-$7 to purchase Kona Ice. If bringing a refillable cup, please ensure your campers' name is on the cup (refills are $3). Kona Ice does have a dye-free option. Their smallest size is priced at $4 and the largest at $7.
