Everything you need to know for the summer!

Please read below for information on getting your camper ready for Summer 2025!
Updates and additional details will be added as we approach the start of our 2025 sessions.

  • Use the carpool lane in front of Building 3/blue awning and park in the spots marked by cones as space opens up

  • Just look for the staff in green!

  • Campers will be walked from there to their respective camp location

  • Any changes in drop off procedure (namely location) will be communicated ahead of time in the weekly email sent to families the Friday before the new week of camp starts (changes may be due to construction or to split up Day and Sport Drop Off for family and staff convenience, ex: at gym for Basketball and front for Day Camp week 3)

Follow the carpool lane to park in front of Building 3/blue awning and park in front of the cones ass pace opens up and staff will direct your camper to you

Early Pickups: To pick up outside of the designated window, park and call the camp phone 919-348-8035 and a counselor will bring your camper to you.

Day+LEAD+Combo Parents are encouraged to pick up prior to 3:45pm if they need to pick up campers early or to wait until the start of Rides-Out at 4:30 as campers will be celebrating the end of the day/week in our End of Day Assembly from 3:45-4:15 and then transitioning to Rides-out 4:15-4:30. 

What to Bring

  • Water Bottle

  • Snacks - two daily snack periods

  • Lunch - Campers do not have access to microwaves or refrigerators

  • Indoor and Outdoor play and weather appropriate attire 

  • Spray sunscreen/bug spray (optional)

Sports Camp

  • Water Bottle

  • Snacks - one daily snack period

  • Outdoor and weather appropriate attire 

  • Spray sunscreen/bug spray (optional)

  • Flag Football Only: Cleats

  • Soccer Only: Cleats, Shin Guards, Soccer Ball (optional)

PLEASE LABEL ALL ITEMS WITH CAMPER NAME

All Campers in Day+Combo Camp are encouraged to bring a backpack with their supplies as well as a complete change of clothes to camp each day; toys from home are not encouraged

Specials

Water Games

On Thursday afternoons, Day+Combo+LEAD Camp will play Water Games! Campers need to wear clothes they can run around in the grass in, including:

  • A change of clothes/bathing suit tops+shorts

  • Shoes that can get wet

  • An extra change of dry clothes (precautionary)

  • Towel (if desired - please label with camper name)

  • Spray Sunscreen (optional)

Kona Ice

Kona Ice will be on campus on Fridays! Day+Combo+LEAD Campers should be sent to camp with $3-$6 in a sealed and labeled bag (leftover cups will not be saved in Lost+Found)

  • Refillable cups should have campers' names on it

  • Kona Sizes+Prices: Klassic $4; King $5; Color Change/Collectible $6; $3 for refills only

Any Additional Questions?

Group Request

For certain weeks there will be two 1st-2nd groups and two 3rd-4th groups.

Prior to sorting these campers into their groups, we are allowing parents to request their camper be placed in the same group as a friend. Requests are not guarantees that campers will be together, but we would like to accommodate all requests we can.

This only applies to 1st-2nd and 3rd-4th for June 9-27, 2025.
